As an independent advisor, I work with start-ups, scale-ups and global players, with C-suite leaders, staff and founders.

 

Brand strategy is at the core of what I do but not as communications alone. I work with organisational strategy, cultural change, product innovation, UX and capability development. I then make sure that strategy is perfectly expressed, with clarity and distinctiveness, for audiences and staff alike.

My standpoint is future first. I look to help my clients take an active, shaping part in the future rather than freezing in the past.

The brands I have helped to create are open and flexible, in constant dialogue with the markets they serve - as reflected in my work during my time at Wolff Olins as lead strategist for the London Olympics brand 2012.

Whilst I have worked on many discrete and one-off projects in order to create the right solution or experience to solve a problem, I am particularly passionate about working across the span of an organisation in order to bring about connected thinking and holistic change. A powerful brand will touch everything an organisation does.

I work across many different sectors but have particular depth in technology, arts and culture. I have led teams which have won top recognition from the ACDE, D&AD, and UX awards.
